Peru has been a Party to the Nagoya Protocol since 2014. Access to genetic resources also follows Decision 391 of the Andean Community.
Every plant's origin is documented and traceable together with the communities, and each project is assessed against the applicable access rules.

Yes. That is exactly where Moka starts: Icaros can prioritize bioactivity even in species with no previous studies.
